6 PngImg 20230624 092249 JpgTo manually make the Fan internals, you will need the following materials and tools:

Materials:
- Motor: DC motor or any other suitable motor
- Fan blades: Plastic or metal blades
- Fan housing: Plastic or metal casing
- Wires: Electrical wires
- Screws: Small screws for assembly
- Power source: Battery or power supply

Tools:
- Screwdriver
- Wire cutters/strippers
- Soldering iron and solder
- Drill (optional)
- Hot glue gun (optional)

Step 1: Prepare the motor
- If the motor does not have wires attached, solder wires to the terminals of the motor.
- Strip the ends of the wires to expose the conductive metal.

Step 2: Attach the fan blades
- Take the fan blades and align them with the motor shaft.
- Depending on the type of motor, you may need to use a screwdriver to tighten the blades onto the shaft.
- Ensure that the blades are securely attached and can rotate freely.

Step 3: Create the fan housing
- If using a plastic casing, you can either purchase one or create your own by cutting and shaping a plastic sheet.
- If using a metal casing, you may need to use a drill to create holes for the motor and wires.
- Ensure that the housing is large enough to accommodate the motor and fan blades.

Step 4: Install the motor and fan blades
- Place the motor inside the housing, aligning the shaft with the appropriate hole in the casing.
- Secure the motor in place using screws or any other suitable method.
- Make sure the fan blades are properly aligned with the housing's opening.

Step 5: Connect the wires
- Connect the positive (red) wire from the motor to the positive terminal of the power source.
- Connect the negative (black) wire from the motor to the negative terminal of the power source.
- Use wire cutters/strippers to remove insulation from the wire ends if necessary.
- You can solder the wires together for a more secure connection or use connectors if available.

Step 6: Test the fan
- Connect the power source to the motor's wires.
- If using a battery, simply attach the wires to the appropriate terminals.
- If using a power supply, ensure that it is set to the correct voltage and polarity before connecting the wires.
- Turn on the power source and observe if the fan blades spin.

Step 7: Secure the internals
- If necessary, use screws or hot glue to secure the motor and wires within the housing.
- Ensure that all connections are secure and there are no loose parts that could interfere with the fan's operation.

Congratulations! You have manually made the fan internals. Remember to exercise caution when working with electrical components and always follow safety guidelines.
